Reciprocal associations (e.g. add an association of an individual as an employee of an organisation creates an association of the organisation as employer of the individual) would cut data management in half.

Obviously you would have to have some sort of two way term list - employer/employee, recorder/runner of recording scheme etc.

I would like to see this applyed to Related Occurences as well - "automatic occurence creation" - again it would cut time spent in half (does creating a related occurence on one occurence create it with the other as well at the moment? Or do you have to create two occurences and two related occurences, one for each?).
