I've started generating automatic documentation for Indicia and have uploaded it to http://www.biodiverseit.co.uk/indicia/dev/docs/. At the moment it is just the data_entry_helper class, which is the main class you will need to understand when developing websites using Indicia, but I will gradually include the entire product.
