Hi

I'm getting an error message when I try and import using excel which is --->

A column type could not be loaded from the database for key value SYSTEM0100000000. The error is described as: The column type class TLocationInfoColumnType is not recognised.

Anyone any ideas about this - and how to fix it?

Hi Iain

Have you recently upgraded your Recorder? My guess is your database upgrade and application upgrade (which should be done together by the upgrade kit) are out of synch.

Thanks for the reply. It was actually a problem with my XP user profile - recreating it did the trick but doesn't really explain where this error was coming from - I haven't changed recorder since around the beginning of the year.
