It would be useful to be able to enter undated documents - as in Recorder 3 - i.e. using '0' as the year of publication - unfortunately Recorder 6 assumes 0 to be 2000, so all my undated document are now published in 2000 :(

The Year field is actually a vague date, so you can just type Unknown in.

Cheers John, never thought of that because all my data converted from Recorder 3 had turned into publ date of 2000 - that will get me a few happy hours editing the records!
