Don't know if this has been reported before, but here goes:
Recorder version 6.13.3.187

1) In the Taxon window, select a taxon (any taxon will do)
2) From the right mouse button select quick reports WCA1
3) Select a record from the resulting list and in the Survey Window delete the record
4) If you then return to the WCA1 report and select THE SAME RECORD by accident
5) The result is that Recorder opens the Survey Window and tries to expand every survey/event/sample in the database - basically it is totally locked
