Can one add extra fields to show in additional filters of the Report Wizard?

If so, how?

Specifically I want to include the Specimen Number field in that window.

On a related point - can one specify a null value through that window i.e. specimen type is not equal to BLANK

Hi Mattt,

This can be done, you need to open up the Usable_Field table (via Management Studio or similar) and update the record for the item 'ABABABAB00000047'  (Specimen Number).  You need to set the 'Filterable' column value to true for the record.

If you need I can post the SQL for you to carry this out.

Two queries on adding fields to Report Wizard:

How can I report Taxon_Occurrence  Entry_Date from Report Wizard?
In Recorder 2002 we added a new column to Index_Taxon_Name, labelled Citations, which included an abbreviation for all the Citations we wished to quote in a report, and then added a row to Usable_Field table so that this was available in Report Wizard. Can we do this in R6?

A Status_Abbreviation field (20 characters) has been added to TAXON_DESIGNATION_TYPE in v6.14. I think this is the correct home for the abbreviations for your Citations but this field is currently blank. I have passed the Worcestershire BRC abbreviations to JNCC and I am hoping they will add them in due course. Perhaps Lynn could give us an update. I hope you won’t need to modify Index_Taxon_Name when Status_Abbreviation is populated.
