Re: using downloaded data

I wonder if someone could please clarify how I am able to use data downloaded from NBN?

I am currently putting together a paper for the proceedings of a conference.  I would like to present mapped data downloaded from NBN (BSBI 10km data) in a map.

The licence terms are rather unfathomable, and I wondered if anyone could advise whether I can present these data, and how they should be credited?
