Hello,

I am trying to install Recorder 6 but get the following error message:

The installation of MSDE failed. The error is detailed below:

Registering performance counters from sqlctr.ini
PerfmonLoad routine returned error code 6

Can anyone help or direct me to a fix? -  the simpler the better
