Are you looking for an exciting challenge as an application programmer/web developer? If so, we are looking for two experienced programmers like yourselves to join our development team on two cutting-edge projects:

The Biodiversity Observatory is a new, web-based project designed to inform and engage anyone interested in British wildlife, from the casual viewer of wildlife programmes on television to the knowledgeable amateur naturalist. It will build online communities of people with similar interests and provide a forum in which the beginner can learn from the expert.

The OLnet will develop a network for researchers and users of Open Educational Resources. OLnet.org will support this international community, enabling them to gather collective intelligence, highlight evidence and promote new ways of sharing information.

You will have proven programming ability and experience of web technologies. Experience with Drupal will be an advantage.
