I am from Leicestershire Local Resources Centre and we are implementing our new validation policy. Where you assign a single integer value for a record which determines the level of effort and expertise applied to the identification of that record. For example, 9 being specimen verified by national expert and 3 being an unconfirmed record for example. We have looked at various ways to implement this onto recorder and Determination type being the most relevant plus you can filter it for reports. However the problem being you cannot import the field Determination Type only Determination Reference, however you can't filter Determination Reference for reports. I was wondering whether anyone had any advice or has had a similar problem or if you can alter the required fields so that you can import the field determination type?
