Re: Veteran status woe.

The forum has just made me a veteran.

This troubles me.

Im only 30 'ish'...'ish'.

Its a digital comment on your life.
A rule set up long ago, in a far away place, has just made a judgement on my entire existence.

My day is ruined.

Re: Veteran status woe.

But it's better than being a 'member', don't you think?

Re: Veteran status woe.

Low aspirations see.

Being a member - you are part of a great mass of folk.

Veteran makes you something 'other'.

Creates ego where there was none.

Infers something, leads to false interpretations of ability which you subsequently fail to meet.

Its the dissapointing school report, the year after the one that said 'Matthew's done really well this year - keep it up'.

Oh this goes deeep.
