I am not looking to poach any of your staff, but I am keen to encourage a good level of interest.  If we don't recruit this time the post may not appear again, at least not in this form/salary level, and that would be a shame for opportunities within the Records Centre community.  It is not often we get an employer prepared to pay a rate that recognises our role alongside other professionals...
