Hi
I received a similar error message to Alex whilst importing an excel spreadsheet with a “sample comment” field. Without the “sample comment” field the import works fine.
I’m not sure which parts of the error message are of use, so here it is complete and unedited (apologies for its length):

Interestingly, we have a separate instance of Recorder running on a stand alone machine. When I imported the spreadsheet on that machine it worked fine. Both instances of Recorder are the same version number (6.13.3.182) which makes me think that SQL may be to blame. However this could merely be a wild accusation, as I know very little about the workings of SQL.
I hope this info helps someone in some way.
Cheers
David
