Topic: online NBN Record Cleaner access denied?

I have recently been using the online version of the NBN Record Cleaner, when it came to the part where I can click on the verification file (to download) I got the message "Access denied you are not authorised" has anyone else seen this? It is strange as it let me do a different set of data earlier in the day with no problems. As it wouldn't give me the file I reverted to using the desktop version of the cleaner but this is not a good solution. Any ideas? Should I post any problems with the online Record Cleaner to BRC?

The online Record Cleaner was developed and is manged by the BRC, so they'll be best placed to help you with this. Do you have a contact for someone at BRC? Otherwise, I can email Martin Harvey at BRC and ask who can help you with this.
