Does anyone have some form of data flow diagram for the back end SQL tables? I've been trying to get my head around it, but it's like a labyrinth back there and I can't figure my way around it.

Hello,
Does anyone have some form of data flow diagram for the back end SQL tables? I've been trying to get my head around it, but it's like a labyrinth back there and I can't figure my way around it.
I have an unofficial relationship diagram I created for myself about 10 years ago.
