Topic: Password re-set for user other - how?

Hello,

I am a System Admin for Recorder 6.30.  One of our users has forgotten their password.  How do I re-set their password?

Also, is there a link to a manual/guide for Recorder 6.30?  I can't get the Help to work in the software itself.

We've just upgraded to ver6.30 and getting users re-engaged with Recorder.
