Hi there,

I've noticed on your page https://nbn.org.uk/tools-and-resources/ … d-cleaner/ the downloadable version is v1.0.8.4., I have v1.0.8.5 installed. Should v1.0.8.5 be the downloadable version?

Sorry Lee, I will find out why the wrong version is being downloaded - it should be v1.0.8.5.

Hi Lee,
Sorry for my delay in getting back to you.

The downloadable version is v1.0.8.3 and you need to run the software update to update it to v1.0.8.5. Sorry, I didn't realise this before.

At some point you must have upgraded from v1.0.8.3 to v1.0.8.4. I don't know what the difference between v1.0.8.4 and v1.0.8.5 is. Is the software update link enabled?

I have updated the text on our website to say that the downloadable version is v1.0.8.3.
