Dear all,
I am very sorry for the continued problems with the NBN Atlas records search over the last few days. The records search is now working.

The problem seems to happen when two of the servers that support the records search crash at the same time. When two servers fail at the same time the servers are not able to recover.

Justin suspects that it is related to deleting records from the index, which we will stop doing until we have resolved the problem.
