Release Candidate V6.31 Update

Thank you to those who have been giving this release a try. A few bugs and issues have been picked up and these are fixed in the latest version  available to download at

Please only install this version if you are prepared to deal with any problem which may occur and you able to quickly install a revised version if necessary. If you aready have 6:31RC installed then this  new version will update it to Database Version 4L.

Instructions for running the upgrade are the same as those for v6:30 http://www.recorder6.info/page26.html

The upgrade will upgrade  Version 6:28, 6:29 and 6:30.  It should work with any Dictionary version, but the Index tables should be rebuilt after installation.
