On just one of our computers, I get the following add-in load error when starting Recorder:

Version: 6.10.4.120
Date: 19/06/2008 13:39:19

The following addins could not be loaded for the specified reasons:
    NBNTransfer.NBN Gateway Transfer Format: ClassFactory cannot supply requested class

The following addins loaded successfully:
    Bulk load maps
    DMAP export
    Go to spatial ref on map.
    GoTo Key
    Location reports
    Display unchecked records
    SMART Suppliers Tab
    SMART Survey Metadata Tab
    Recorder 2000 Standard Validation

What might be causing this, and how can I clear it up? It's not occurring on other computers, just this particular one.

It might be worth re-registering the addin on that computer, either by adding it and removing it in Recorder's Install Addins page or you could try dropping it onto Regsvr32.exe to register it with Windows?

I tried removing it and re-adding it but that didn't work. I'll try the Regsvr trick.
