Topic: Unable to run Recorder backup

I have just tried to back up our Recorder 6 database as usual, and it is returning the message "Unknown Backup Error: 3132”. I have managed to make a manual backup with the help of our IT manager, but am unable to backup recorder myself. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Don't know why the backup should  have suddenly failed.  Post http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=5642 explains how the backup is set up through Management Studio.

Having tried it again i think it may have been due to another file in the backup folder with a similar name - i removed this and it worked fine.

I had a similar problem and then I realized it was because I had completely run out of space on my C: drive!
