I have some site records, whichwere 'created' by combining several sites together, as a result duplicate grid references were created in the list of grid refs. under Geo Information

Unfortunately, these sites were created by another copy of Recorder, and EDIT does not allow me to delete the duplicate entries, as a result I cannot make any amendments to these sites because Recorder reports the grid ref problem and will not save the record - can we have a macro/SQL to automatically delete duplicate entries in the Geo Info/grid reference field
