I was introduced to the Tom.bio plugin for QGIS the other day, which includes the facility to download data from the NBN Atlas using a Web service. When you pull down data in this way you do not see any Terms and Conditions, or have any detail as to which Licences apply to specific records. I assume all relevant records have been downloaded, regardless of their licences. Perhaps that information is there somewhere in the download (and someone can correct me if so) but certainly it is not obvious to anyone new to using Atlas data, who might for example wish to incorporate this data with their own in a commercial report.

Is there some way this can be rectified? I assume it may well apply to other Web Services also.
