Topic: Explore a location

I'm logged into the Atlas. I go to explore a location, select a place and a radius, and a species list appears. All fine so far.

So I want to download the species list. I click download and it tells me I need to login to download records - hmmm. I hit the login
button and it takes me to the records page for all 215 million atlas records.

Not very useful...

Dear Mark,

We have added a message for users which will pop up as soon as they go to the NBN Atlas advising them to login in order to download records and that this should be done before they start a search.  I hope this will help.

The problem I reported was when I was already logged in! It asked me to log in again, and then did not work.

Hi Mark,

Sorry for not reading that properly!  I've just tried and got the same message to login, even though I already was, so I have updated my report to the developers.  If you click on View all records, the download function on the next page seems to work okay with you already logged in.  I hope this helps in the interim, while the issue is resolved.
