It would be useful to add a "private"/internal comments/description field to a survey.

Currently we enter the "official" description of a survey in the Description field, add a few marker characters (newline - -) and then add internal comments - issues with the dataset, notes on verification etc. Our routines automatically strip out everything past the marker characters, but it would be safer and more useful to have them held separately.
