Hello, we are running Recorder6 version 6.24 on our government network. When I select Install from the AddIns Confirguration I get the following error message:
"The class is not configured to support Elevated activation" (see attached)

I want to get some data loaded to the NBN Gateway very urgently, before the February deadline!

Please could you tell me what I need to get our IT people to do.
I have four addins already loaded as you see. I have not tried loading the NBN Exchange addin before but the files for earlier version are in a folder called NBN Exchange (\\reiltys\iomgroot\IOMGAPPS\Recorder6\Extra Addins\NBN Exchange).
I'm pretty sure I loaded the 'Display unchecked records' not too long ago so maybe something has happened since the last R6 software upgrade.
