Topic: Error trying to merge individuals

Hi
On noticing a few duplicates in our individuals list I tried to merge each lot as I'd normally do, but I got an error message. I tried on a few different entries in case the first was an anomaly, but it wouldn't work. I tried again today in case it was simply a network problem but the same thing happened. I've never encountered this before any ideas what's causing it?

Don't remember that discussion which Rob was involved with but I am not sure I fully follow it! It looks like he solved his problem then by removing a user view he had created for us; Rob left us a year ago and I don't know how to do these so it can't be a new one of those causing the problem. I was able to merge people up until recently so I can't understand what might have changed.
