Has anyone experienced problems when printing from Recorder 6.24.0.280
When printing a survey of several pages, it sometimes prints just one record on an A4 and then jumps to the next page.
Printing another survey with just one record, it completely misses out the line with the species name!
Any suggestions!

Can you confirm where you are printing the from. Is it a report generated by the report wizard or a system supplied report. Does it show Ok in print preview ?

I select "quick report" and then "occurrences for places report". It looks fine in preview although there is a slightly larger gap to the next species. However when printed, all of the following records start on the next page.

I have just printed a 20 page report with no issues. This means it is either a combination of data which is throwing it, or a issue with the printer driver. Does it happen with all data or is it just an occasional problem.
I've just printed a 6 page survey without any problems so appears to be just an occasional problem. Thanks for the help Mike
