Topic: change abundance qualifier

I need to change the abundance qualifier from adult to none for a large batch of data which has been entered under several different surveys.  I can do this manually by uploading into a record card with both columns but this is taking me a very long time.  If there is a faster way I would very much appreciate it!

The attached batch update should do what is required.  Please make sure that you take a backup  and check the results before adding new data - make sure it hasn't had any unwanted effects.   This Batch Update is under  Menu 'Special'.  See http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=6266 for information on saving and running the update.

Let me know if it doesn't work or causes any problems.

Thanks Mike that has worked perfectly.
I resolved the issue of logging on by switching off my computer and starting again!
