On attempting to import an NBN Access Database .zip I'm getting the message "Error occurred transferring records for SQLSERVER_SAMPLE into the main database"

Are you trying to import from an R6 version which is later than the one you are using .? We have managed to keep backwards compatibility in that data from older R6 version can import into newer versions, but not the other way round.
