Topic: Unable to add & save a new name in Name or Organisation list

Hi, I seem to be unable to add a new Recorder name within either the Name list or Organisation list. The attached error pops up when I try to save.

exception class   : EJNCCDatabaseError
exception message : Unable to add new item in NAME table.

This is the first time I have tried to add a new name to R6 since transferring across to my new laptop running Windows 10.

I assume you can add new records through the observation hierarchy or you would have said.  The only thing I can think of that the Last key table has got out of step. If you have the Last key addin  installed I suggest you run this It will be in the Tools menu. . I am not having any issues with my Windows 10 system.
