Topic: Unhandled error exporting in NBN Access Database format

Hi.
We need to extract a certain subset of our data for one of our partners but each time we try we get an unhandled error with the attached error report.

It would be immensely helpful to get to the bottom of this problem.

Hi

The error is not one I have comer across before so I do not have an immediate answer. Is this just with the specific data or does it happen with all exports ?  Please can you also tell me what process you are using to get the data for the export.

Hi Mike,
This error does not occur for all exports. We are generally producing the data for the export by using the report wizard to perform a polygon extraction of all records that coincide with the polygon(s). 

For some areas limiting the wizard to spatial references only within the polygon boundaries produces a set of records that will export fine, but will crash if we try to include all spatial references that overlap the polygon(s).  However this is not consistent across all of the polygons we have tried i.e. some exports will crash using inclusive spatial references only.

Thanks. This looks like it is most likely to be somthing to do with the process which identifies the samples in a polygon. I will need to see if I can duplicate this.

I have been attempting to duplicate this, but so far without sucess. I will try on a larger database.
