Topic: Recorder is deleting tags from surveys

Using the batch update JNCCDel5Records on a survey, and then clicking on that survey causes Recorder to empty a survey tag. I suggest testing this on a non-production database!

1) Tag All Surveys
2) Create a new survey, add some records, leave it untagged so it appears a the bottom of the tagged surveys
3) Delete the survey using JNCCDel5Records
4) Click on the survey that you just deleted - recorder says it doesn't exist
5) Click OK
6) Recorder jumps up the list to the final survey tag and empties it

This has happened in the past (at least the jumping up part) but I've never ascertained before whether any damage actually occurred. I now know it probably did.

I now have a few thousand surveys to revalidate and re-tag as this was a meta, which caught most surveys.

Re: Recorder is deleting tags from surveys

The Batch Update isn't doing this, so it must be some combination of events when  moving around the structure after the delete. So far my attempts at duplicating this haven't been succeeded, although I have managed to get R6 to crash.
