Topic: Circle report

I have a Recorder 6 circle report that was written for me some years ago. When I run this and the Filter Result is obtained, if I go to Report Output I can Export to Excel. The choice of Export to ESRI Shape File is greyed out. Can Mike tell me why this is the case and could a modification be made to allow this choice to be enabled?

I suspect that the fields required for the export of the Esri files are not in the report.  Not sure without a bit of trial and error what they are.

From memory it needs to include Lat & Long at the very least
