Topic: Custom Reports

I am in the process of trying to build some custom reports and in fact was attempting to re-create the leader board here: http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=5365

However, it seems the datasource can only be relative to the warehouse. As we are using the BRC warehouse i am unable to add custom xml reports.. Is there a way to point to reports elsewhere such as on my web server?

Hi

We don't have a way to support external reports and maintain the security of records yet. I can work with you to put your report on the BRC warehouse. Only slight hitch is that I work in the Lancaster office and we haven't reopened yet following the effects of the weekend storm. Hopefully I'll be back in tomorrow.

Hi Jim,

I'm just down in Bolton so i know it's still bad but thanks for the offer.

I'll leave it for now as i'm just experimenting more than anything. The existing reports do what i need the majority of the time.
