My volunteer has just tried to log on to our networked version of Recorder, but is refusing to start up on her machine, although it is working on other computers without problems. The error message we are getting is: "EAccess Violation: Access Violation at address 00A705E2 in module 'RecorderApp.exe'. Write of address 00000064"

can anyone translate please? further error messages also suggested that some addons were failing to load.
