Topic: recording groups

I have a number of tailored recording groups i would like to remove but seem unable to do so. The table is populated from a report so i had hoped i could remove the groups via the warehouse login. However, i can't track down where to do this. Trying to remove them via the website admin (edit). I suspect i have previously removed the actual group but for some reason the group name has been retained in the database and so is being reported on?

Hi John,

Thanks for looking into this. The links actually started working this morning (Edit action still throws an error). However as of about 11:30 the link functions (e.g. group summary) and edit actions all throw the same error saying the group could not be found.

The group id's in question are 55,56,57,58,63,111

I haven't made any amendments to the template 'groups list' iform but i wouldn't put it past me to have mis-configured one or more of the groups themselves, though like i said they were working ok this morning so i'm not sure what's changed.

Ultimately i like the information being returned but would like to filter all groups it to the MBB area only (location 1464) except for recording groups based on a specific site and would like to tailor and present it better (grids and clouds rather than lists).

Hi John,

I've had another chance to look at this. I am currently trying to put a new iform together to see if it behaves any different but as i was doing this noticed that the url parameter value seems to be pointing at a folder that does not exist. Should there be something at "{rootFolder}groups/"?
