Topic: Cannot Access Maps

Hi,

The map function on our Recorder system has stopped letting us have access to it and whenever we try to access it this error appears: Error Code -5:File access denied- C:\ProgramData\Recorder 6\Map Files\MapUserSheet.gsf,

Our IT here have looked into it but have not been able to solve the issue, any help would be very much appreciated,

This  usually means that the person trying to access the maps doesn't have permission to access the folder.
