Topic: Access request admin

I managed to deny a request first thing but since them trying to grant requests is not working. It whirrs around for a while (Working......) then comes up with an error message: Problem with request ID 51616 (for instance).

Hi, it looks like our database is throwing a little bit of a tantrum at the moment so the service might be up and down a little, I would suggest trying again tomorrow, but if the issue persists, please let me know and I will take a deeper look at what is going wrong.
