Here's a new problem and an error message I haven't seen before.

When installing an addin to a workstation, I click Tools>Install>Addin module, then click the install button on the addin dialog and say Yes to allow me to make changes to my computer.

There is then a pause and after a while a dialog pops up (in the background) saying "Runtime error 217 at 00D68035". After clicking OK on the dialog I get a Recorder unhandled error dialog reporting "A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed", see attached error report. Recorder then closes.

Running recorder for a second time, the process completes normally without crashing and the addin installs correctly. I think subsequent installs also work, until the machine is restarted, after which the error occurs again, but again only the first time.

This behaviour seems to be consistent and occurs on at least three workstations and with three different users.

Any ideas
