Topic: Dictionary upgrade problem from 000000Y

i have just installed a new copy of Recorder 6 on a new PC running Windows 8.1. The installation from the last complete version went successfully and I have successfully upgraded to the latest version of Recorder. I am now trying to apply the dictionary updates from the current level 000000Y. I am using the latest dictionary upgrade tool. When I run it with 000000Z and 0000010 I get an error message saying "a different upgrade is required to upgrade your version of Recorder....". There is no clue as to what version it should be. Please could you help? It is stopping me migrating from my old PC.

What files do you have in the scripts subfolder of your dictionary upgrade?

You should have one called 0000000Z.zip, if you have one called 0000000Z.mdb you haven't read the instructions properly & have unzipped one too many files

Thanks Rob. You were quite right I over unzipped. All working now.
