Topic: Indicia database user must be named "indicia_user"

Hi,

the next one ;-) in the script 201407281128_clone_surveys.sql is a reference to the postgres user "indicia_user". Is there a way to replace this with a placeholder of the user specified in the configuration?

This line of code is not needed, since the object will be created by the user that the warehouse uses. I've deleted it.
