Re: List all taxa for Locations in a rucksack

There doesn't seem to be anything in the Wizard which will cope with this adequately.
Here's what I've been doing:

1. Filtered all Locations on a particular Designation
2. Copied them all into the Locations bit of a Rucksack
3. Now I want a species list from all those sites at once (to save me having to produce a list for each location individually as this is too time-wasting)

We've tried the Wizard via polygons (as we happen to have this Designation as a Map layer) but of course we've seen how non-rectilinear polygons fail to pick up taxon occurrences using this technique (http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=411).

I knew this problem seemed familiar, a few ideas along these lines were debated in July last year (http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=81).

Has anyone succeeded in accessing a rucksack in an XML yet?

That's a good point Darwyn, we do still need a way of utilising lists stored within Rucksacks in XML Reports.
