Topic: Activation code

Tried to log on for the first time after registering but keep getting an error code which says I should get in touch with the forum - so I am please advise. Thanks

Can you have a look to see if you are using the entire link that we sent you when activating your account, its been an issue with email clients making a link and cutting off the last part of the link, so if you could copy the entire line and paste that into the browser and see where you get to.

If you still have an issue could you please contact NBN Support [support@nbn.org.uk] with the full details of your issue including the activation email you where sent.
