Hi Shane,

How do you mean you are not getting access? Is this the link you are using: https://data.nbn.org.uk/ ?

What error are you receiving?

The Gateway can be accessed by the public, you only need to be signed up and logged in if you want to download data or request improved access (there is a lot of data there at full public access).

Shane, there are currently some issues with the Gateway. You should see this error on the homepage now;

"We are currently experiencing issues with some of our systems, users may not be able to log in, manage access requests and make changes to data until further notice"
