Topic: Hierachy and Tags error

We've just had a PC swap out and Recorder Workstation was installed. Recorder seems to open fine but the observations can only be looked at when the option to organise by tag is not selected.

When selected the error is Procedure or function 'usp_Surveys_Select_ForSurveyTag' expects parameter
'@UserNameKey', which was not supplied.

It works fine on my PC. On the problem PC the tags look fine.

Just had this exact same error having loaded up a laptop with a different (old) version of Recorder on it. Updating Recorder on the laptop to match the version on the main PC solved it.

Just to report that Charlie's solution seems to have worked fine. It just took a couple of weeks for ICt to sort it.
