Topic: Exporting confidential occurrences

I am just trying to create an Excel file for my 2013 records, and one item that has been marked as "confidential" has not been exported. I had previously marked the option in the Tools/Options tab for "Enable export of confidential occurrences" with a tick, so I thought I had done the right thing.

The items in date order on either side of the missing observation have been extracted, so I have not done anything blatantly silly. There does seem to be a problem here.

I can't see any previous posts about this feature. I have Recorder 6.17.2.251

Any suggestions?

I think the Tools/Options  "Enable export of confidential occurrences" only applies when using Tools/Export Data. For the report wizard (which I assume you are using?), you have to de-select the option under Additional filters/Constraints tab on the Layout selection screen.

Yes, that's fixed it. I hadn't noticed that tab on the additional filters option!
