Topic: Web services 3.5 site boundary query error

I'm try to generate a site boundary report and getting the error below. The problem only occurred in some area.
Is it likely to be fixed?

Thanks,
Luck

Re: Web services 3.5 site boundary query error

Hi Luck,

Our services also went down yesterday. On checking the Gateway there was a message up to say they were working on the servers. This morning we are back up and running. This may have been the issue with your service too?

Re: Web services 3.5 site boundary query error

I have switched the site boundary query to REST now, much more stable but just few problem with layers.
