Topic: Storing access request history

If you revoke additional access rights you’ve granted previously to someone the information disappears from your dataset admin page. Also if you give someone time limited access to a dataset and the date is reached I assume the information will disappear. It would be useful if this information could be stored on the system - perhaps under a separate 'Access request history' section that you could open up if required?

Hello Aisling

There is a dataset access history page which should have the information you are looking for. To get to it click on the 'View dataset access history' link next to the dataset in the manage your datasets section of your account page.

Users with time limited access should be automatically revoked once the date has been released and presumably this is stored in the access history page.
