Is there any other way of getting the App? Kindle tablets won't talk to Google Play! (same problem getting the RODIS App)

It can be done, a friend of mine has a kindle fire and has google apps. I'll find out exactly how but seem ot remember it involved fiddling with the settings so that it allows installation of apps from unknown sources, then you can download an Android packae file onto your desktop and transfer them to your device from that. There should be a youtube thing about this somewhere, have a look.
